Bank Cheque and Money Order are generally cleared as paid within a day of arriving, however we maintain a clearance time of 5 days for any Company Cheque and 11 days for Personal Cheque due to our current banking methods.

Refund
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's
statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for
the card issuing bank to process such transaction.
Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order.
Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

Normally, the eParcel of Australia Post takes two to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In the case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have been lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the Australia Post. We will re-send your order after Australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.
Given that customers from all places would place orders at the same time, our stock level will change correspondingly from time to time. Hence, we have to check the stock level before arranging goods delivery. When any product item is out of stock, we have to arrange refund even though order and payment have been received. Customers' understanding of the practical constraint is highly appreciated.
General Return Policy
It is our goal to provide our customers 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or by e-mail and have your invoice handy.
We like to solve your problem as fast as possible.
If you return the product(s) to us within 15 days, we will refund you the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error). Prior to returning a product, call us or email us, We will teach you the instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us.
!Important - Please email us, do not ship anything back to us without getting a RMA number first. It may delay you getting a replacement or refund if we just receive products back without prior knowledge.
